FSBA wants to ensure that you have a pleasant shopping experience and absolutely love your custom garment; however, if you’re not completely satisfied, we will work with you to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase.  However, please note we DO NOT offer REFUNDS or EXCHANGES, only store credits, at this time. Therefore, we work really closely with you up-front to ensure that your measurements are correct. The majority of our apparel is made to order which means items are created as they are ordered so please be sure to read carefully before placing your order and include the requested information regarding sizing to ensure that you will have a perfect fit. All custom items are labelled with “FSBA” at the beginning of the item name.

 

If you are local to Metro-Atlanta, Georgia, we offer in-person sizing consultations, for a non-refundable fee of $35 for in-person and $25 for virtual consultations. The fee must be paid at the time of scheduling.

 

SIZING/MEASUREMENTS

For FSBA custom items, we make your garments according to your measurements. Therefore, please provide your BUST, WAIST, HIP measurements, and usual U.S. size (will use as a guide). The ready to wear (not custom made by FSBA) items usually coincide with the following sizes:

X-Small (Sizes 0); Small (Sizes 2-4); Medium (Sizes 6); Large (Sizes 8-10); X-Large (Sizes 12-14). However, these are general guidelines and vary by manufacturer.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, once your order is submitted, there will be NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES, only store credit; therefore, please select your size carefully. Just in case, you are unsure of the appropriate size you should order, please email us your measurements (BUST, WAIST and HIP) and we will consult with you to recommend an appropriate size. FSBA assumes no liability for inaccurate or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

We will respond to all inquiries received Monday thru Friday, within 24 hours of receipt.  Any emails received after 6:00pm on Friday will be returned on the following business day (Monday, unless it’s a holiday).

 

FORMS OF PAYMENT

Payment must be made via our website (credit card  or PayPal (via the PayPal system). However, a PayPal account is not required for payment. Once you click checkout, you will be taken to the PayPal log in screen where you can proceed with a PayPal payment or select another payment (i.e., Credit Card).

 

TURN AROUND TIME

FSBA Custom Apparel Turn-around time: Standard: 7-21 DAYS (depending on the garment)

Ready to Wear items Turn-around time: Standard: 5-7 DAYS

*For custom pieces, you will be notified once your item has been finalized and ready to ship. If your custom piece will require additional time to create, you will be notified up-front.  Please note that we will keep you informed throughout the entire design process. 

  

SHIPPING

All items ship USPS 3 Day Expedited Shipping.

*Since all orders are paid via the PayPal system, please ensure that your address is correct to ensure that your order is sent to the correct location.

At this time, we do not ship outside of the US. Please check back in the near future.
